Our Tours - Terms and Conditions:

• All tours require a minimum of 6 adult passengers to operate.
• Tour times vary throughout the year, so please confirm at the time of booking.
• During the 'wet'/low season, we recommend passengers book early for their tour with a range of available dates, as tours may not operate daily.
• We welcome passengers of ALL ages and abilities.
• Lap-sitters are classed as under 4 years of age and under 20 kgs. 
• If the passenger exceeds either of these, a child fare is charged. The adult with which they share a seat must be less than 90kg. 
• We do not have a weight restriction, we simply ask that you inform us at the time of booking if you are over 110kgs.
• Passengers considered to be excessively affected by alcohol or other substances may be refused participation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the tour to avoid financial penalty. Credit card details will be recorded at the time of booking and cards will be charged if notice of cancellation is not given. 

Cancellation fees may be waived if the seats can again be re-sold to other passengers.
